It wasn't about getting the most callbacks, however, for me it was about getting one call back, from God.
Before Worldwide Star Search, my school life was falling apart, my grades were disappointing, my friends were shady, my cars were totaled, my family was broken. I can go on about the troubles that faced me, but my problem was that I wandered off from God, my father.
Worldwide Star Search was two weeks away when I received the invitation to perform. Sunny called me in to tell me how God would love to be reunited with me and she helped me get back to my prayer life, which was all I needed. Thus, from that day forth I prayed whenever. Literally, prayed whenever. Till the day of Star Search, my lips were moving, not to the lyrics of my Ne-yo song, or to the lines of my monologue, but to the prayer which asked for redemption.
My passion has taken me beyond. Each time before I walked on stage, Time froze. Memories from the past gush into the scene flooding the setting. Whether it be memories of my family being separated, or memories being abused back in Israel, memories you wish you could just erase from your mind, or memories you wish would multiply; I was reliving in the past in the present. When you saw me perform, you saw my history.
Walking off stage each performance, I prayed to God. Talking with the VIPs, I prayed to God. Back home, I prayed to sleep. Worldwide Star Search, for me, was an opportunity where I was able to prove to God that I was willing to glorify him on stage, not in vain. And I am glad to know God's grace brought me there and that he was beyond happy to see me spiritually run back to him.

My experience at the World Wide Star Search was just beyond amazing. A long drive, Stress between my parents and I, and long nights full of practicing and worrying. I know this doesn’t sound like the ideal time but as surprising as it may sound all of this stuff just got me ready for the big night!
Attending World Wide Star Search made me discover a whole new me, i found myself to be more confident, more happy, and proud of myself. i met plenty of new friends, friends who felt the same way i did, and together we broke each others fears and found out that we where here for a very good reason. This was our time to shine so we where going to take advantage of it and at the end of every performance we felt not only relieved but happy. i was very worried, but talking to my friends helped me put myself out there and do a good job!

David and I wanted to express our appreciation for the opportunity to participate in the Star Search showcase. It was an awesome event starting with the commercial taping. Both David and me enjoyed getting in front of the camera to perform our camera, on stage for my monologue (even though I messed it up) and runway for David.
Saturday was extremely exciting watching all of the contestants to include ourselves perform. My wife kept saying that all those performers deserve accolades for the courage to get on stage and perform. I would have to whole heartily agree that each and every performer had their unique qualities that made them stand out. It was exciting to observe and cheer for all the performers. By far, it was an invaluable experience. The interview held by the production company was a really nice touch. We were able to share our stories and experiences in an interview format. I thought that was unique and special touch. Most importantly, I was able to participate in this event with David. We share the same passion and joy in this industry. Additionally, it allows me to spend time with him during the day and help him grow while both on screen and in school on set. I can say for sure that we are blessed.

My experience at World Wide Star Search has been a great one. My involvement in this showcase has shown me a lot of what I can expect to come and happen for me in the future. The seminars were really great in teaching me things I didn't know about the industry. Because of all the little tricks, advice, and knowledge each speaker has provided me, I now have a little more understanding of what is to come and how I can better prepare myself.
At the beginning of the training and showcase process, I was a little apprehensive. I knew that this was what I wanted to be doing with my life and I was exactly where I was suppose to be, but like every human-being I was both nervous and anxious. The whole process was nerve racking, especially because I knew that I had to give 100% at everything I was doing while constantly keeping a smile on my face. It couldn't be any more stressful, but I had the one thing that made everything seem easier and FUN. My managers!. :) They were the biggest help and major part to my success at the showcase. Their attitude and professionalism toward everything made it so much easier to work with and their love & personalities made it that much more exciting. I couldn't have done it without them. The showcase was a wonderful experience!! It was great to see all the talent come together after going through so much hard work. Of course, I was getting anxious to have to perform my monologue, commercial, runway, and song in front of so many, especially the agents. I am comfortable auditioning in front of a couple people; but when it's in front of tons of people, it can be a little challenging. However, I think the nerves were actually quite good for me, it taught me to face my fears, get over my anxiety, and most importantly, it taught me to believe in myself! I'm so thankful to the Worldwide Star Search scouts for believing in me and taking me under their wing. They have truly helped me to get to where I am today as an actor.

I would recommend this event to anyone looking to make connections and gain experience interacting with others in the entertainment industry. It's easy to become filled with performance or audition anxiety but my experience at Worldwide Star Search helped me to learn to enjoy the process and my performance. My experience at the showcase was amazing. I felt like it was an opportunity for me to not only enhance my modeling, runway, monologues, and commercials but also i gave me an opportunity to show off theses new talents to these agents who I knew were interested in seeing them. World Wide Star Search also gave me an opportunity to meet other kids with the same goals. But in the end the showcase gave me a more confidence in my own capability as an actress/model. After talking to the agents and getting there feed back I feel like I actually have a chance in this crazy business.

World Wide Star Search was a wonderful experience for not only Ariana, but for all of us. We thought that the seminars would be hard to sit through. However, the presenters were great! The seminars were developed well, very informative and even entertaining at times. Even a hyper nine year old, with a short attention span sat still and listened!
The day of the competition was very enjoyable. It was great to be able to see all of the performers do their best and see all their hard work pay off. Each and every performer did well and should be proud of themselves. Watching everyone else was good for Ariana, it boosted her confidence. She came away saying “I can do that!” The open call was long and exhausting, but a once in a life time experience to meet and get constructive positive feedback from so many experienced professionals in one place at one time.

The weekend of World Wide Star Search was full of energy. Every young talent came with great enthusiasm and performed along with in. I enjoyed being a part of it. I was able to pull out variety of talents which I had deep inside myself as an entertainer. It sure was great opportunity to just simply performing in front of professionals from the field of entertainment industry. Throughout the WWSS, I learned about myself and steps I should make. I also was inspired by all the contestants who shall be tomorrow’s Star.

First, no matter how I performed or who I met, I really enjoyed participating in the Worldwide Star Search Showcase. It was an unforgettable experience for me. Even though I was quiet nervous, I was still exciting to be on the stage. Not only learning how to sing, dance, act and runway walk, but also I made good friends throughout the preparation training as well as at the actual showcase. I had a chance to meet with VIPs after all the performances. It was definitely meaningful meetings because it is rare to meet all of them personally. After the showcase, I feel more confident performing in front of people and my performances. I am more passionate about my future working in this industry now. The Worldwide Star Search made me to step up to the next level.

My experience at the showcase this summer was a lot of stress but still fun! I lost my voice, got sick, and my knee kept me from dancing, but I got through the showcase with a smile on my face and actually had a lot of fun! I loved making new friends and watching all the other talented people perform!

Upon my first arrival at World Wide Star Search, I thought to myself..."Wow, I don't have a chance." There were stage lights, bright as the sun...gleaming down and blinding my chinky eyes, crowds of people differing from all ages, races, sexes/genders but there was one thing that we all had in common, a drive and motivation towards one dream of becoming a star.
Performing was where the fun really began. Everyone was in a hurry, dancing all over the place, people singing in the bathrooms, practicing their comedic monologues at the back stage while the person in the front of the line was performing. I got over most of my stage freights thanks to the coaches and performed pretty good. (omg I love you guys!). Though I thought I could have done better, I had a blast.

When I was called by my manager, she called me to tell me about a showcase called Worldwide Star Search. She told me that other people will be performing and showing their talent to agents. She also told me how such event can benefit me, since I am aspiring talent.
Time flies by and it was time to head out to Los Angeles for do my thing. First day was the seminars, I really enjoyed all the seminars. I learned things I didn't know, I learned more of what I already knew and it was nice meeting new people that are following their dreams. I was also amazed by much of the younger talent, they really were great. Second day was time to show off to the VIP's. I was a little nervous because I hurt myself but I just wanted to do this because I wanted to feel good. I did better then I was expecting myself to do and I thought this is gonna be something I will never regret. Call backs and open calls were next on the agenda. I got really good feedback from the VIP's and just one negative remark but I listened to them and still now I am taking their advice.

My experience at Worldwide Star Search was amazing. All of the hard work and stress that went into that weekend payed off in the end. I gained confidence from performing and hearing feedback from the VIP. I would recommend this process to anyone, the seminars were a great way to learn new techniques and to hear the inside scoop from very important people in the industry. I feel very lucky and blessed to have enjoyed this experience. Not only did I gain confidence but I was pushed to be prompt as in being on time, very organized, and prepared throughout the whole weekend. I also enjoyed making new friends, meeting new people, and building relationships. It is very comforting to be around people that are experiencing the same things as you and that can relate like nobody else can. The Worldwide Star Search made me thankful towards everyone that put a lot of time and effort to make it possible for me to have this experience that truly made me a better person. I will definitely remember this experience for the rest of my life.

I have never been in a show case and I was so excited to be a part of the show case. Friday I thought would be a little boring but it turned out to be a lot of fun and I learned a lot of things. Saturday all day was fun. I was a little concerned before the run way but I told myself to just have fun and it was a lot of fun. I love watching all the other contestants and I meet some really nice people. Sunday night was exciting. Getting all dressed up and seeing my Mom all dresses up was great. I did not expect to win a award. When they called my number and name I could not believe it was me they were giving a award to. I am so proud that I went and can not wait for next year and will do my best to continue my dreams.

The Runway preformance was awsome, i cant believe there was so many talented judges. I hope to get a call back from them, but if i don't it's okay ill just keep working it till i do. The World Wide Star Search was one of the best experiences I have ever had. It was interesting because you were able to see the strengths that led you to be in the World Wide Star Search to begin with. The commercials where pre-taped and most people where nervous to see what the outcome was. I was very pleased with my commercial. After the commercials everyone felt better about themselves. To watch all the competitors sing was so cool because they were all so very talented. One of my favorite parts was the runway. I got to wear my favorite outfit and show everyone what I have learned. The best part had to be the open call. That was when the judges told you what they thought of you and how you could improve the way you presented yourself. When I met with the judges they all told me I was great in all the things I participated in. The judges told you what kind of future you would have in their company. The weekend of World Wide Star Search was something I will never forget, after all we are: "Today’s Talent, Tomorrows Star".

3일간의 월드 와이드 스타서치를 위해 약 2개월 정도 준비를 했습니다. 비교적 짧은 준비 기간이었지만 나름대로 주어진 시간안에 최선을 다 한것 같아서 후회는 남지 않았습니다.
하지만 스타서치를 통해서 내가 많이 부족 하다는 것을 알았고 내년에 있을 스타서치를 위해 무엇을 준비해야 하는지 어떻게 준비해야 하는지 등에 대해 알게 되었습니다. VIP들과의 만남은 아주 인상깊었고 그들은 내가 무엇이 부족했는지 또는 무엇이 좋았는지에 관해 얘기를 해주었습니다. 가장 기억에 남는 말은 글로벌 원에서 계속 있으면서 내년에도 봤으면 한다는 말이었습니다. 또한 모노로그를 할때 침착하고 떨지않는게 장점이지만 정확한 시선처리를 해야 한다는 지적을 받았고 작은 목소리는 자신감이 없어보이기 때문에 목소리또한 조금 높여야 한다고 말습니다. 다른 VIP는 연기를 할때 본인의 어두운 면을 보았고 그것이 나중에 연기를 할때에 많은 도움이 될 것이라고 얘기했습니다. 여러가지로 많은 것을 얻은 쇼케이스였고 더 큰무대를 위한 첫번째 문이였다고 생각합니다. 내년에 있을 월드 와이드 스타서치가 벌써 기다려지고 그것을 위해 남은 일년동안 여러가지 노력을 할 생각입니다.

My weekend at Worldwide Star Search was an experience I won’t easily forget. I spent the days before the actual showcase practicing and stressing out about my performance, but the welcoming vibe I felt when I stepped into the showroom immediately put me at ease. I met tons of hopeful people with the same goals and interest as me. Seeing those people helped me relax, and I was able to perform better than ever.
Still, I hadn’t expected to receive a single callback – so imagine my surprise when I got four! Getting to sit down and talk about possible work opportunities with season industry professionals was like a dream. I gained both confidence and wisdom from my meetings with each VIP. To anyone out there who loves performing, I definitely recommend going to Worldwide Star Search. It’s a real taste of what the entertainment industry has to offer.

However, I think the nerves were actually quite good for me, it taught me to face my fears, get over my anxiety, and most importantly, it taught me to believe in myself! I'm so thankful to the Worldwide Star Search scouts for believing in me and taking me under their wing. They have truly helped me to get to where I am today as an actor.

I would recommend this event to anyone looking to make connections and gain experience interacting with others in the entertainment industry. It's easy to become filled with performance or audition anxiety but my experience at Worldwide Star Search helped me to learn to enjoy the process and my performance. It taught me more about sharing with the audience. I learned to never underestimate the power of communicating who I am as an artist and a person with the decision makers. Not only did I have a chance to perform for the media, agents and casting directors, but also learn how to prepare for an audition and to improve my performance skills at the seminars. My experience at the showcase was amazing. I felt like it was an opportunity for me to not only enhance my modeling, runway, monologues, and commercials but also i gave me an opportunity to show off theses new talents to these agents who I knew were interested in seeing them. World Wide Star Search also gave me an opportunity to meet other kids with the same goals. But in the end the showcase gave me a more confidence in my own capability as an actress/model. After talking to the agents and getting there feed back I feel like I actually have a chance in this crazy business.

World Wide Star Search was a wonderful experience for not only Ariana, but for all of us. We thought that the seminars would be hard to sit through. However, the presenters were great! The seminars were developed well, very informative and even entertaining at times. Even a hyper nine year old, with a short attention span sat still and listened!
The day of the competition was very enjoyable. It was great to be able to see all of the performers do their best and see all their hard work pay off. Each and every performer did well and should be proud of themselves. Watching everyone else was good for Ariana, it boosted her confidence. She came away saying “I can do that!” The open call was long and exhausting, but a once in a life time experience to meet and get constructive positive feedback from so many experienced professionals in one place at one time.

The weekend of World Wide Star Search was full of energy. Every young talent came with great enthusiasm and performed along with in. I enjoyed being a part of it. I was able to pull out variety of talents which I had deep inside myself as an entertainer. It sure was great opportunity to just simply performing in front of professionals from the field of entertainment industry. Throughout the WWSS, I learned about myself and steps I should make. I also was inspired by all the contestants who shall be tomorrow’s Star.

First, no matter how I performed or who I met, I really enjoyed participating in the Worldwide Star Search Showcase. It was an unforgettable experience for me. Even though I was quiet nervous, I was still exciting to be on the stage. Not only learning how to sing, dance, act and runway walk, but also I made good friends throughout the preparation training as well as at the actual showcase. I had a chance to meet with VIPs after all the performances. It was definitely meaningful meetings because it is rare to meet all of them personally. After the showcase, I feel more confident performing in front of people and my performances. I am more passionate about my future working in this industry now. The Worldwide Star Search made me to step up to the next level.

My experience at the showcase this summer was a lot of stress but still fun! I lost my voice, got sick, and my knee kept me from dancing, but I got through the showcase with a smile on my face and actually had a lot of fun! I loved making new friends and watching all the other talented people perform!

Upon my first arrival at World Wide Star Search, I thought to myself..."Wow, I don't have a chance." There were stage lights, bright as the sun...gleaming down and blinding my chinky eyes, crowds of people differing from all ages, races, sexes/genders but there was one thing that we all had in common, a drive and motivation towards one dream of becoming a star.
Performing was where the fun really began. Everyone was in a hurry, dancing all over the place, people singing in the bathrooms, practicing their comedic monologues at the back stage while the person in the front of the line was performing. I got over most of my stage freights thanks to the coaches and performed pretty good. (omg I love you guys!). Though I thought I could have done better, I had a blast.

When I was called by my manager, she called me to tell me about a showcase called Worldwide Star Search. She told me that other people will be performing and showing their talent to agents. She also told me how such event can benefit me, since I am aspiring talent.
Time flies by and it was time to head out to Los Angeles for do my thing. First day was the seminars, I really enjoyed all the seminars. I learned things I didn't know, I learned more of what I already knew and it was nice meeting new people that are following their dreams. I was also amazed by much of the younger talent, they really were great. Second day was time to show off to the VIP's. I was a little nervous because I hurt myself but I just wanted to do this because I wanted to feel good. I did better then I was expecting myself to do and I thought this is gonna be something I will never regret. Call backs and open calls were next on the agenda. I got really good feedback from the VIP's and just one negative remark but I listened to them and still now I am taking their advice.

My experience at Worldwide Star Search was amazing. All of the hard work and stress that went into that weekend payed off in the end. I gained confidence from performing and hearing feedback from the VIP. I would recommend this process to anyone, the seminars were a great way to learn new techniques and to hear the inside scoop from very important people in the industry. I feel very lucky and blessed to have enjoyed this experience. Not only did I gain confidence but I was pushed to be prompt as in being on time, very organized, and prepared throughout the whole weekend. I also enjoyed making new friends, meeting new people, and building relationships. It is very comforting to be around people that are experiencing the same things as you and that can relate like nobody else can. The Worldwide Star Search made me thankful towards everyone that put a lot of time and effort to make it possible for me to have this experience that truly made me a better person. I will definitely remember this experience for the rest of my life.

I have never been in a show case and I was so excited to be a part of the show case. Friday I thought would be a little boring but it turned out to be a lot of fun and I learned a lot of things. Saturday all day was fun. I was a little concerned before the run way but I told myself to just have fun and it was a lot of fun. I love watching all the other contestants and I meet some really nice people. Sunday night was exciting. Getting all dressed up and seeing my Mom all dresses up was great. I did not expect to win a award. When they called my number and name I could not believe it was me they were giving a award to. I am so proud that I went and can not wait for next year and will do my best to continue my dreams.

This was my first time in the Worldwide Star Search and I never imagined i'd have the chance to even be looked at by agents so soon. The World Wide Star Search was one of the best experiences I have ever had. It was interesting because you were able to see the strengths that led you to be in the World Wide Star Search to begin with. The commercials where pre-taped and most people where nervous to see what the outcome was. I was very pleased with my commercial. After the commercials everyone felt better about themselves. To watch all the competitors sing was so cool because they were all so very talented. One of my favorite parts was the runway. I got to wear my favorite outfit and show everyone what I have learned. The best part had to be the open call. That was when the judges told you what they thought of you and how you could improve the way you presented yourself. When I met with the judges they all told me I was great in all the things I participated in. The judges told you what kind of future you would have in their company. The weekend of World Wide Star Search was something I will never forget, after all we are: "Today’s Talent, Tomorrows Star".

I thought it would be nerve-wrecking, but everyone was so supportive and the VIP's were all so nice. I received very good feedback on my performances and even got an award for my runway walk.
