The Worldwide Star Search approach is different than other conventions and showcases in Los Angeles. We pride ourselves in producing an event that focuses on quality and not quantity. While many conventions consists of thousands of people auditioning in a cattle call format, we extensively pre-screen our contestants and only a limited number are accepted.
Our goal is to provide the best opportunities for our performers to showcase themselves to industry leaders, creating a very personal audition experience between the performers and VIP’s. This is the way to catapult your career!
Founder Bio:
Sunny Chae has been a fixture in the modeling and talent industry for over 30 years. Starting out as a successful model herself, later she ventured behind the scenes and found that she has a unique gift for developing models and talent, later finding herself as the CEO of internationally recognized agency. A successful business woman and a humanitarian, she founded The Performing Arts Scholarship Foundation, a non-profit organization that helped to support art, music and drama programs in schools and has dedicated herself to causes that help the less fortunate. Ms. Chae has worked with some of the biggest A-list celebrities such as Brad Pitt and has developed partnerships with the top modeling and talent agencies in the world.

Founder Bio:
써니 채는 30년이 넘게 주류사회 모델과 탤런트 산업에서 한국인으로 선두주자 역할을 하고 있다.1973년 이민 후 유타주립대학에서 공부하며 교사의 꿈을 키우던 중 우연히 에이전트에게 발탁되어 모델로 일하게된것을 계기로 모델업계 진출하게 되었다. 런웨이모델과 TV 광고 모델 경력을 바탕으로1986년“ Entertainment Power House, INC” 를 창립하여 아시아와 미국간의 Liaison 역할을 하고 있다.
써니 채는 할리우드진출에 꿈을 꾸고 있는 모든 사람들의 갖고 있는 숨은 재능을 찾아주고 아름다움과 재능을 행동으로 표현할 수 있도록 도움을 주어 인터테이너로진출할 수 있도록 디딤돌이 되어주고 있는 주류사회 유일한 한인매니저로 인정받고 있다.
Ms.채는 아시아와 미국간의 계약 및 섭외을 맡아 “ Endorsement Network” 를 오픈 하여 브레드 핏트, 피어스바즈난, 케니지, 부룩쉴드, 킴베신저, 리처드기어 등 유명한 영화배우들을 제품광고에 캐스팅했으며 마이클 잭슨, 데이빗 샌본, 올4원, 케니지, 마이클 볼튼외 많은 아티스트들을 공연계약을 성사시키며 전세계의 최상급 에이전시들과 함께 Networking 을 보유하고 있다.

World Wide Star Search是一個獨家才藝展現平台和網上推銷工具，在近年來為多位模特、演員、歌手、舞者、和綜藝表演者啟動其演藝事業。圈內頂級地專業人士（包括經紀人、選角導演、製作人、攝影師、雜誌編輯、經理、製片人、百老匯公司、和服裝設計師）每一年都出席World Wide Star Search 發掘明日之星。World Wide Star Search與洛杉磯其它的展覽會不同之處在於我們重質不重量。與其開放WWSS 給幾千個新人，我們寧願篩選出少數具備真材實料的人選，給他們一個機會在圈內VIP 面前試鏡。要在演藝圈大展宏圖，這是最好的途徑。
創辦人簡介
Sunny Chae （蔡和珍）在模特和才藝界有三十多年的經驗。蔡小姐以模特出身，曾與眾多好萊塢A級明星合作，包括Brad Pitt 和 Gloria Estefan，並與全球各地知名經紀公司建立良好關系。之後轉入幕後工作，發現自己在培訓人才的方面有特殊的天分，因而成為國際性經紀公司的總裁。蔡小姐隨後成立“表演藝術獎學金基金會”支持校內的演藝課程。
